Capturing the Wild
Photographic specific safaris have the main aim of getting you the best wildlife, landscape and cultural photos possible from your adventure. Modified vehicles, specialist camps and in-situ tuition are the ways we ensure this.
Photographic tuition
Specifically on the photographic side, Sam is self-taught, having a natural passion and a natural eye for capturing the essence of what he witnesses in nature. He has been able to capitalise on the incredible sights and interactions that he has been privileged enough to witness for the past 10 years.
Sam has been teaching guests the basics of photography for the past 7 years. He has also spent many years training guides on how they can best help their own guests get the most out of a photographic safari. So he is well-versed in teaching the basics of photography and aiding guests in getting the most out of their photographic safari ensure you return home with perfectly captured memories ready to spark the next adventure.
The amazing wildlife spectacles Sam is privileged to witness have contributed to his photography recognitions. Notably being shortlisted for the Natural History Wildlife Photographer of the Year, the Africa Geographic Photographer of the year and being one of only two photographers to have two entries in the final of the wilderness safaris wildlife photography competition.
