Southern African Safaris

There is a huge diversity of habitats and so different styles of safari available in Southern Africa. From the exceptionally game-rich Sabi Sands in South Africa to the oldest desert in the world, the Namib, in Namibia to the jewel in the crown of Botswana, the famous Okavango Delta. There really is an experience to fit everyone’s safari wish list. Travel between most of the wild areas in Southern Africa is very easy and so even combinations between some of these incredible places are quick and easy to fulfil. For example, it is easy to combine areas such as the Sabi Sands with the Okavango Delta. Or even the Okavango Delta with some city time in Cape Town. Everything is possible. There are even some incredibly exclusive and adventurous areas to explore like the Kalahari Desert from either South Africa or Botswana, the Makgadikgadi Salt Pans in central Botswana or Hwange National Park in Zimbabwe. In Southern Africa you can be as adventurous as you like, or perhaps follow the more mainstream route; the safari experience we can craft is going to be exceptional either way.

Boat safaris are a great way to explore areas such as the Okavango Delta and offer a different perspective to a lot of wildlife.

The contrast between the wet Okavango and the dry Kalahari surrounding it is immense. And the game viewing was absolutely amazing, especially the Wild Dogs in the Delta!
